1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing and using GetNextKit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access or use GetNextKit.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, GetNextKit grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use the GetNextKit codebase for unlimited personal and commercial projects
• Modify and customize the code for your specific needs
• Deploy unlimited applications using GetNextKit
• Access all future updates and improvements

3. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share GetNextKit source code
• Create derivative products that compete with GetNextKit
• Share your license key or account access with others
• Use GetNextKit to build products that violate any laws
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
• Claim GetNextKit as your own creation

4. Intellectual Property

GetNextKit and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hasan Hatem and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your license does not grant you ownership of GetNextKit itself, only the right to use it as specified.

5. Payment Terms

One-Time Payment: GetNextKit is sold as a one-time purchase with lifetime access to updates.

Pricing: Current promotional pricing is subject to change. Early adopters maintain their lifetime access regardless of future price changes.

No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of GetNextKit and immediate access to source code, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

6. $50,000 Giveaway Terms

For Pro license holders only:

• Entry is automatic with Pro license purchase
• Drawing will occur when 2,500 total sales are reached
• 5 winners will each receive $10,000
• Winners will be selected randomly and notified via email
• Prize money will be transferred via bank transfer or PayPal
• Winners may be required to provide tax information
• Void where prohibited by law

7. Support and Updates

Priority Support: Pro license holders receive priority support with 24-hour response time.

Updates: All license holders receive lifetime access to updates, bug fixes, and new features.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

GetNextKit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that GetNextKit will meet your specific requirements, be error-free, or operate without interruption. You use GetNextKit at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GetNextKit, its creator, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use GetNextKit. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for GetNextKit.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetNextKit and its creator from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of GetNextKit or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of GetNextKit and destroy all copies in your possession. Termination does not entitle you to any refund.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of GetNextKit after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
